Work directly with your designer
Your project will be handled by an in-house designer, professional print managers and brand experts who will be available via phone, chat or e-mail through the entire design process. You can also 'drop in' to our office and discuss your project. (appointment required).
Quick turnaround time
Once you order online and submit information about your project, our designers get to work immediately to begin and complete your order. We understand that your deadlines may be looming and that you need to order your design and printed material right away. Our design packages are based in part on our turnaround, so that you can select an appropriate product according to your time-frame requirements. For those in a panic, we also offer a 24 hour rush design and print service.
We print everything ourselves
Almost all orders are designed and printed in our Montreal warehouses, so we have control over the whole process – start to finish.
We pack your order by hand and if we spot an issue, we reprint it! Nothing is sent until it gets two thumbs up.
